What do you need to thrive? What can we do to help you achieve your goals? What are your hopes and dreams for your daily life and your future?
We can help in many ways and believe we can do this best by putting you at the centre of your care, so first we’d like to get to know you better.
Our range of disability supports and services provided by our caring team of highly trained staff can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
Our dedicated team of support workers can provide care to you in your own home or get you out and about in the community. We can give you as little or as much support as you need, from 3 hours to 24 hours a day. When you join us, we’ll sit down with you and discuss how we can enhance your life and help you thrive.
Our Day Programs are centred around life skills development and community access but also offer experiences you’ve maybe never had before. We have 2 dedicated centres and offer centre-based and community-based activities. They’re a great way to try new things and meet new people. You can attend from 1 to 5 days a week. The choice is yours.
If you’d like to learn the skills, live independently, or perhaps your in-home carer needs to go away for a while, our Glenmore Park short term accommodation will be your home away from home. We’ll help you where you need it and give you some space when you want it. You decide. We also provide emergency accommodation.
You may not have realised it, but when you apply for NDIS funding, you can often get a dedicated Support Coordinator built into your plan. Our Support Coordinators can help you understand how your NDIS plan works, what supports are available that would be helpful to you and where you can get them.
If you’re keen to discover new places and go on an adventure, we regularly organise group trips that are designed to build your confidence. Trips include accommodation, support staff, food and approved activities, and can often be built into your NDIS plan. We can also organise travel if you need to attend a special event.
