Day Programs
ADSR Day Programs provide great opportunities to try new things and meet new people.
Life is about experiences, relationships, learning and growing. With our Day Programs, we aim to give you opportunities to access these things and have fun doing them.
Our Day Programs are designed with just the right mix of community-based outings and centre-based activities. They focus on improving your daily living skills as well as social interactions through supervised activities. We tailor activities to you and the others in the program, so we can help you all meet your NDIS goals and feel a sense of achievement.
Keen to visit the zoo or aquarium? Want to learn cooking techniques or how to budget your money? We’ve got loads of activities to choose from and if there is a particular skill you’d like to learn or a place you’d like to visit, have a chat with us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Our Day Programs
At our Day Programs we teach important life skills like money management, cooking and domestic duties.
We do lots of arts and crafts and will teach you about personal care and hygiene. Our centres are fitted with sensory rooms complete with mood panels, tactile sculptures, and relaxation music, to give you a space that feels calm and comfortable. We also have designated therapy rooms to accommodate appointments booked during Day Program hours, where we make sure you have your privacy. We also love to get you out and about in the community.
