Our short term accommodation at Glenmore Park offers you the ideal home away from home.
It’s a great place to learn the skills required to live independently. Carers will always be on-hand to help where you need it and give you your independence when you want it. You decide.
Our short term accommodation offers you a safe and supported place to stay if your in-home carer needs to go away for a short while or simply needs to recharge. It is also available for emergency accommodation when you’re unable to stay at your usual residence.

Our centre
Our newly renovated centre is close to a golf course, parks and shops, has five individual bedrooms, ducted air conditioning, and a fully accessible bathroom.
It provides a safe and supportive home environment for you to try new things, make new friends and learn new skills. You can stay at our accommodation from 1-14 days. We have Netflix, Stan, a PlayStation and Xbox, as well as board games and a veggie garden, so you’ll have plenty of options to keep you entertained.
Learn new skills
You might also want to learn to do some of the things that your parents or carers usually do for you, so you can have more independence moving forward or help around the house when you return home.
For example, if you want to learn about meal preparation, we will sit with you and go through recipes and write up a meal plan for your stay. We’ll then make a shopping list, take you shopping for the ingredients, and walk you through preparing your own meals.
Where possible we’ll teach you to carry out personal hygiene and personal care tasks, how to look after a home, how to organise your bills and pay them, and other essential skills.
We care about your personal growth and will encourage you to develop new skills that will improve your self-esteem and independence.
