How our Support Coordinators can help you:
• Our ADSR Support Coordinators will help you understand the funded supports available to you in your NDIS plan and how you can use them.
• We’ll sit down with you and take the time to understand your goals and support needs, what areas you need help with and what areas you want to work on.
• We’ll show you where you can get the support from and link you to relevant mainstream, community and government supports and services.
• Once we’ve connected you with the right service providers, we can help you with service agreements and service bookings.
• Your Support Coordinator will help you make the most of your NDIS plan.
• We’ll monitor service delivery to make sure your supports and services are meeting your needs and helping you work towards achieving your goals.
• We can also help with your NDIS planning meeting, as well as assist with putting your new plan into action.
